SUMMARY:Mindful Paint Club: Weekly Creative Reset (No Skill Required)
DESCRIPTION:I’m starting something simple\, fun\, and low-pressure…\n\n\nA small group where we get together (on Zoom)\, throw some paint around\, listen to music\, and just create.\n\n\n\n\n\nNo pressure.\n\n\nNo expectations.\n\n\nNo “you have to be good at art.”\n\n\n\n\n\nThis isn’t about making perfect paintings.\n\n\nIt’s about:\n\n\n• relaxing\n\n\n• playing\n\n\n• getting out of your head\n\n\n• and connecting with some cool\, real people\n\n\n\n\n\nSome sessions might include a short meditation.\n\n\nSome might just be music + painting.\n\n\nI’ll share a simple recommended supply list\, optional weekly prompts\, and we’ll just go.\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can:\n\n\n• paint just once or pop in when you have time\n\n\n• or buy the monthly discounted price and come weekly (or when you can make it)\n\n\n\n\n\nI’ll be working on one canvas over multiple sessions… layering\, experimenting\, letting things change (or disappear completely). We’ll be letting go of expectations\, comparisons\, judgements\, perfectionism\, and most of all stress.\n\n\n\n\n\nSee a sample below of a canvas I’m currently working. Just playing like we will be doing. Yours may look similar if we use the same prompts\, or totally different as we’ll be following our guts and intuitions. Things are flexible for you do play things safe or stretch yourself creatively.\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is going to be low-key and fun\, and a way to hang out with cool people\, maybe make some new friends\, and do it in a safe\, supportive community.\n\n\n\n\n\n This is about process over product.\n\n\n\n\n\n I’m testing this out:\n\n\n• $10 per session\n\n\n• or $35/month for 4 sessions\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis mostly just helps cover time\, Zoom\, and planning. \nWill you be joining us?
